When you encounter a difficult situation in your life there is a good chance that you can resolve it when you have the necessary information and help from others. If you have capable friends who are able to guide you through your growth process: congratulations.
But you might have nobody to take you by the hand and lead you through the upheaval and keep you on a positive direction. That’s where coaching comes in. The coach is there for you to help you to understand your situation, to explore with you possible strategies to resolve your problems and then give you a guideline where to go. The coach will also keep you on track when you are tempted to give in to resistances or other obstacles in order to lead you to the desired outcome.

Feminine Power Coaching
Heidi will guide you through the steps which are needed to open yourself up to yourself and discover the patterns which had kept you less powerful and brilliant than you could be. You will learn to embrace and fully live your personal power and handle well the challenges which life presents to you. A regular coaching package contains 8 sessions of one hour each. You can also apply for a small package of assessment and for setting you up for the process to proceed by yourself (3 sessions). The Coaching Process is based on the Coaching program “Feminine Power” taught by Claire Zammit. Heidi is a fully licensed Feminine Power coach.
The Feminine Power Process is highly effective in unleashing your innate potential and to enter into a purposeful and satisfying life. Heidi’s experience with the Feminine Power work has completely transformed her life and allowed her to step into visibility and take a stand for what she perceives is important in human life and in our world.

Calling in the ONE Coaching
Heidi will guide you through the steps which are needed to open yourself up to finding the right person for you. A regular coaching package contains 8 sessions of one hour each. You can also apply for a small package of assessment and for setting you up for the process to proceed by yourself (3 sessions).
The Coaching Process is based on the book “Calling in the One” by Katherine Woodward Thomas. Heidi is a fully licensed Calling-in-the-One coach. Two months after Heidi had completed her certificate in Calling-in-the-One she met Mark online and they are a happy couple ever since.
Conscious Uncoupling Coaching
Conscious Uncoupling coaching is designed to help you in situations of breakups (or when you want to figure out if you should break up with your partner). It is also applicable in all other periods of transition from one life segment to another (like loss of a job, a friend, a loved one etc.).

We also offer Gestalt Counseling
Gestalt Counceling we offer to you preferably live and in person. Counseling is a discipline between coaching and psychotherapy. Gestalt Counseling especially is based on the findings of Fritz Perls. One of the most famous techniques is the “hot seat”, a procedure where two inner voices talk with each other with the guidance of the counselor. Although it is easier when both people are present in the same room, it is also possible via video and online.
